Recipient of both monthly and annual VIP awards, company’s annual president award for top performance and first to receive “MVP” Manager Value in Performance all while working for one the countries major retailer’s credit facility. Mrs. Spence is an author (“Servant Leadership The Heart That Serves”), Conference Speaker and Workshop Facilitator; Mrs. Spence currently serves as a Practice Manager for a major Global Software Company.
